Coaching is neither counselling nor therapy; the models or theories that may be used in each of these areas are common. Nor is coaching advice giving; it is non-directive and client centred whereby the client sets the agenda and the coach acts as a facilitator and agent of change. We help you to make the changes you want in your life more quickly and more successfully, through tailored coaching programmes.


A variety of tools and techniques are used to help you identify what you really want; enabling you to develop your own solutions and action plans - you will have your own takeaway toolkit!

How does it work?

Coaching involves you working together with your coach over a number of sessions determined according to your requirements. These sessions can take place face to face, on the telephone, or over Skype. Together you'll explore your motivations, aspirations, capabilities and thinking processes, so that you can achieve your goals and make real and lasting changes to your life. You will find it a stretching but also an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
